`Cervical injection

Have my first cervical injection today. Shocked when i heard have to inject 2 times more after the first injection. One 1 month later and the other 6 months later.
When the needles is inserted into my arm, it feels like normal injection BUT when the liquid is being injected in, it feels much painer than normal injection. But lucky only 1 fast shot. Tried to endure the pain.
Heard that for the next 3 days, the arm will be pain because of the medicine being injected in.
Hope it will not be that inconvenient for me to do things.
